Where do you ship to?
I currently ship within the USA and Canada.
What is the return policy?
Because personalized and custom items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if I make a mistake or your item arrives damaged, please reach out and I will make it right!
What can you engrave on?
My laser can engrave on all sorts of materials ranging from wood, metals, acrylic, leather (leatherette), slate, and paper. Not sure about an item you'd like to have done? Just ask. :)
When will I get my order?
Orders typically ship within 4-8 business days, pending design approval if you request a proof. Larger bulk orders may take longer. Orders are shipped from Virginia, and delivery times may vary based on your location.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes!
Corporate & Office Gifts, Drinkware & Accessories, Game Sets & Barware, Gifts & Travel Accessories, and Home Goods have an automatic discount applied to them at checkout:
- 10% off 10 items
- 15% off 25 items
- 20% off 50 items
- Some bulk item packs such as pens are already set at a discount
Custom Patches come in bulk packages of 25, 50, and 100 at discounted prices.

Where are your products manufactured?
My blanks are manufactured both in the USA and globally. I carefully select my manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
All engraving is done in house by yours truly.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping on orders below $75.00 have a flat rate of $5.99.
Orders above $75.00 will receive free shipping.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes! If you're in/near the Danville, VA area we can arrange for free local pick up.
